Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 2 qt baking dish. Spoon out one heaping cup of pie filling evenly down center of each tortilla. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Roll up, tucking in edges, and place seam down in prepared dish. In medium saucepan, on medium heat, combine butter, white sugar, brown sugar, and water. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer 3 min. Pour sauce over enchiladas and let stand 30 min. Bake in preheated oven 20 min or until golden brown. |
