Autumn Pumpkin Bread

 

Ingredients

Instructions

1-1/2 cups Sugar

1 cup Canola Oil

3 Eggs, slightly beaten

1 can (15 oz.) Pumpkin

3 cups of Flour

1 tsp. Baking Soda

1/4 tsp. Salt

1 tsp. Cinnamon

3/4 tsp. Baking Powder

1/2 tsp. Nutmeg

1/2 cup Walnuts or Pecans

Beat sugar and oil using electric hand mixer. Add eggs and pumpkin, beat lightly. Add all dry ingredients and mix well. Add chopped nuts and stir to mix.

Divide batter between 2 loaf pans that have been lightly sprayed with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 mins. or until done. Let cool and serve.
