Mini Corn Dog Bites

Beef Hot Dogs, boiled/cooked, patted dry

1 box Jiffy Corn Bread Mix
1 Egg
1/3 c Milk
non-stick cooking spray
mini muffin tin with 24 cups per pan

Preheat oven to temperature indicated on corn bread package. Prepare mix according to directions. Chop hot dogs into 1 inch pieces. Transfer mix into baking cups about 3/4 of the way. Press 1 hot dog piece into the center of each cup. Bake for half the time on package directions. Check them halfway through. Pop cups out onto baking sheet and serve with ketchup or mustard.
