Mix beef, worcestershire sauce, mustard, onion, garlic, bread crumbs, pepper, and egg in a bowl. Mold mix into a loaf pan. Bake 350 degrees for 60 min. until top is brown. Remove from oven and drain any visible fat. Pour tomato sauce over top, return to oven and bake 10 min. Slice and serve.
