Bacon Brownies

1/2 lb. Butter (2 sticks)

1/2 cup Un-sweetened Cocoa Powder

2 cups Sugar

4 large Eggs

1-1/2 cups All Purpose Flour

pinch Salt

4 strips, cooked crispy, finely chopped Bacon

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9x13" baking dish. Melt butter in microwave. Stir in cocoa. In separate bowl, beat together sugar and eggs. Add flour and salt and mix well. Add cocoa mix and bacon, then stir well. Pour batter into prepared dish. Bake 30-35 mins. or until you can insert toothpick into center and it comes out clean. Best served warm and with a scoop of ice cream.
