In large bowl, mix BBQ sauce, pineapple, brown sugar, and ginger until blended together. Pour meatballs into large crockpot that has been lined with an oven baking bag or crockpot liner. Pour BBQ sauce mixture over meatballs. Cook on high until meatballs are hot in center, then turn to low heat to keep warm. Makes 20-25 servings. |
