Chili Relleno Breakfast Bake

1-1/2 sticks Butter
2 cans Green Chilies, diced and drained
1/2 lb. Chorizo Sausage, browned and drained
8 oz. Cheddar Cheese, shredded
8 oz. Jack Cheese, shredded
4 Eggs
2 cups Milk
1 cup Bisquick
1 tsp. Chili Powder
1/2 tsp. Ground Pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in a 9x13" glass baking dish. Layer chilies over butter. Sprinkle with sausage. Layer cheeses over sausage. In separate bowl, mix the eggs, milk, bisquick, chili powder, and pepper. Pour mix over the other ingredients in the dish. Bake for 30-40 min. or until golden brown.
