Place potatoes in greased 11x7" baking dish. Dot with butter. Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until fork tender. Combine sour cream and salad dressing mix, spoon over potatoes. Spread grated cheese on top. Bake uncovered for 12 mins. or until cheese is melted. Makes 8 servings. |
