Rice Pudding

 

Ingredients

Instructions

2 large Eggs
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Vanilla extract
1/2 cup Sugar
2 cups cooked Rice
1/2 cup Raisins
2 cups scalded Milk

Combine all ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour in a 1-1/2 quart baking dish.
