Cream Sugar and Eggs. Stir in Oil and Vanilla. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Add grated Carrots and Walnuts mixing all ingredients together. Bake @ 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes.

Cream Butter and Cream Cheese, add sugar and vanilla. Ice cooled cake. When measuring carrots, do not pack down tight.
