Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted margarine. Press into bottom and slightly up sides of 13x9 glass pan. Combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla, and blend with mixer until smooth. Spread over graham cracker crust. Slice bananas and place over cream cheese mix. Drain pineapple well and spoon over bananas. Spread whipped topping over all. Sprinkle with chopped pecans and decorate with cherries that have been cut in half and drained on a towel. Drizzle with chocolate syrup. Chill several hours or overnight. Leftovers may be frozen. |
