| 1 c Butter |
| 1/2 c Cocoa |
| 2 c Flour |
| 4 Eggs |
| 4 tsp Vanilla |
| 1 c Pecans |
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 pan. Mix all ingredients together and pour into prepared pan. Bake 20-25 min. Make icing by combining 1/2 c softened butter, 1/2 c milk, 1/4 c cocoa, and 3 c powdered sugar. Frost cooled brownies.
