Guacamole


2 large, ripe Avocados, peeled, pitted, & sliced

2 tbsp. Tomato Paste

2 tbsp. Water

2 tbsp. Lemon or Lime Juice

2-3 tbsp. Hot Sauce (Tabasco)

1 tbsp. Onion Powder

1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
pinch of Salt
Blend all ingredients together in food processor or blender. Cover and chill several hours to allow flavors to develop. Serve with Tortilla Chips.

Makes 1-1/2 cups.
